We produce Velvana HDPE plastic packaging in sizes between 0.10 litre and 10 litres.

Our packaging materials (bottles and caps) have been available on the Czech market since 1996. In 2004, we expanded our range of packaging with products made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), with a capacity between 0.1 l and 2 l. Velvana packages are used in many fields

Behind the Velvana packaging brand of stand both high-quality technical equipment and a qualified and experienced staff and this creates guarantees for business partners. The Velvana a.s. Company has, since 1997, implemented the ISO 9001 certified quality system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system for all production, including the manufacture of plastic packaging.

Certification of packaging

The packaging of the Velvana brands is certified by the CIMTO National Enterprise Company, with its registered address at U Michelského lesa 366, Prague 4, an Authorized Entity No. 215 that also carries out additional tests of packaging based on customer's requirements.

Individual solutions, service and advice

At the Velvana a.s. Company we pay maximum attention to the needs of our customers and to the users of the plastic packaging that we manufacture. We are ready to address individual customer's requirements at every stage, i.e. from submitting the development of the packaging, through design, a three-dimensional model, to actual production. Plastic containers are available in any colour, in accordance with the customer's specifications.

The Velvana a.s. Company can provide a complete solution for HD-PE bottles with a capacity of 0.5 l and 1 l. We offer tri-colour printing and bottles with the sight glass design.

We provide advice for customers in regard to the suitability of the utilisation of plastic containers for various fillings.
